You will work on a specific question: How do the markets in Spain, Portugal, Denmark, or Norway function for BLUNATECH? This is not a theoretical project, but a real basis for decision-making.
Dein Auftrag
You will take over a market and answer:
- Welche Branchen reagieren schnell?
- Wie kommunizieren Unternehmen aktuell?
- Which problems are obvious?
- Welche Zugangswege funktionieren (Netzwerke, Berater, Direktkontakt)?
- How high is the willingness to pay?
Ziel des Projekts
- Eine klare Marktbewertung
- Konkrete Go-/No-Go-Empfehlung
- Concrete next steps for sales
Kein 80-Seiten-Dokument. Sondern klare Entscheidungen. Max. 10-15 Seiten, klare Struktur, klare Aussagen.
