The starting price of 49 euros per month includes the BLUNATECH base and a Compact Customer Base with up to 250 addresses. This includes full access to the measure library with over 500 proven marketing campaigns, newsletter automation, market monitoring, editorial support, and ongoing SMI impulses. There are no hidden additional costs, no setup fees, and no consulting surcharges. All updates, new measures, and platform improvements are included in the monthly price. Contracts can be canceled monthly, and a seven-day trial period is free of charge. All prices are net plus VAT.

Zum laufenden Monatspreis kommt einmalig die E-Mail-Listen-Reinigung dazu, je nach Größe Ihres Kundenstamms zwischen 29 und 89 Euro. Sie ist Pflicht, sobald BLUNATECH die Einrichtung übernimmt, weil ungereinigte Listen Ihre Zustellrate und bei plattformseitigem Versand auch die anderer Kunden gefährden. Wenn Sie aus Ihrer eigenen Domain senden und wir den Setup-Termin gemeinsam durchführen, kommt einmalig eine Domain-Einrichtung von 99 Euro hinzu. Wer seine Domain selbst konfiguriert, kann die Reinigung optional dazubuchen. Alle einmaligen Posten werden erst auf der ersten Rechnung nach der siebentägigen Testphase berechnet. BLUNATECH can be canceled at any time on a monthly basis; there is no minimum term and no notice periods of three or six months as is common with many agency contracts. Cancellation can be done directly in the account or in writing via email to kontakt@blunatech.com. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. For annual subscriptions, the payment cycle ends at the expiration of the paid twelve months; for monthly subscriptions, it ends at the end of the current month. Your data remains available until the end of the contract and can be fully exported, ensuring no lock-in effect.

Yes. BLUNATECH offers a seven-day free trial period during which companies can use the full system, including the measures library, newsletter automation, and SMI impulses, without any restrictions. The trial phase is activated at checkout and does not require a credit card commitment for renewal; instead, it must be actively confirmed for the subscription to start. Anyone who does not wish to continue after seven days pays nothing, and the data will be deleted upon expiration. Additionally, BLUNATECH offers a free initial assessment to clarify which measures provide the greatest leverage for the respective company before getting started.

With annual payment, there is a flat discount of around ten percent compared to monthly payment, ranging between eleven and fourteen percent depending on the package. The annual price is invoiced as a one-off payment at the start of the contract and covers twelve full months. The discount applies to both price components, BLUNATECH Basis and customer base. For example, those who choose the Plus package pay 110 euros monthly, or the equivalent of 99 euros per month with an annual subscription. Switching between monthly and annual payment is possible at any time at the end of the next cycle.

The base price guarantees access to the complete BLUNATECH architecture, including all tools, modules, and updates. The customer base grows along with your reach, ensuring you only pay for what you actually need. This keeps the entry cost low and allows you to grow without having to switch plans.
