BLUNATECH is further expanding its European network of national partners. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders to establish our partner countries, such as Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Austria, and Norway.

Your task
You will build your own partner network in your country.
- Aufbau eines Partnernetzwerks
- Selection and qualification of partners
- Leadership and development of local partners
- Ensuring quality in customer engagement
- Establishing BLUNATECH in the respective market
You do not work operationally in day-to-day small business. You build a partner network that sustains itself.
Your Role
You will act as an entrepreneurial regional partner.
- Market entry and growth in your region
- Building and leading your partner network
- Selection of the right local partners
You will work closely with us while managing your country independently.
Anforderungen
- Perfect command of the respective national language
- Deutsch auf sicherem Arbeitsniveau (mindestens B2)
- Nachweisbares Netzwerk im Unternehmertum
- Experience in building or managing partner networks or sales organizations
- Ability to lead and develop people
- Klare Ergebnisorientierung
You can assess people. You make decisions. You take responsibility.

Compensation
You benefit from the deals closed within your partner network and from the recurring revenue generated by your partners. As your partner base grows, you build a scalable income with significant potential. In established markets, annual revenues ranging from six figures to high six figures are realistic.
